Working with the RISE Initiative in Zambia’s Copperbelt region, I’ve developed a hands-on approach to sustainable development that integrates data-driven analytics, AI-enabled insights, and evidence-based strategies tailored to African markets. Leveraging my background in public health and nonprofit management, I translate raw data into actionable solutions—helping organizations optimize their resources, enhance program outcomes, and ultimately create more resilient, scalable systems.
As I continue to refine my expertise through my Master’s in Public Health studies, I remain committed to leveraging cutting-edge methodologies to drive measurable community impact. From identifying growth opportunities to guiding digital transformation, my goal is to empower NGOs, businesses, and researchers with the tools they need to navigate complex challenges and achieve meaningful, long-term progress.

Despite an 88% primary school enrollment rate, a staggering 99% of children aged 10 cannot read and understand an age-appropriate text—revealing a critical gap in learning quality and early literacy skills.
Zambia’s health system faces significant challenges, with an HIV prevalence affecting an estimated 1.4 million people and maternal mortality still alarmingly high. Such data underscores the need for targeted interventions, from training healthcare workers to improving early detection programs.
Although more than half of Zambia’s labor force works in agriculture, only about 15% of the country’s arable land is under cultivation. Tapping into this latent potential through data-driven resource allocation and climate-smart farming could dramatically boost food security and rural livelihoods.

A 1.3°C temperature rise since 1960 and reduced rainfall patterns have tangible economic repercussions—costing Zambia approximately 0.4% in annual GDP growth. Data-driven climate adaptation strategies, such as scaling drought-tolerant crops or optimizing water resources, are essential for resilience.
